Since we are looking for our very own home I have been stalking blogs about home improvements.

Here are a couple of my favorites.

From Young House Love

Young House Love – an adorable blog by Sherry and John (He blogs too). They bought a house in 2006 and have been remodeling ever since. The blog is very creative and well written. They give lots of pictures, directions, and even handy budgets.

From The Lettered Cottage

The Lettered Cottage – Layla and Kevin have amazing ideas…  I love their style and the creative way they express it to their readers. They record a lot of fun videos and show tons of before & after photos. I should also say that the “Before & After” experience is as quick as a roll of your mouse over the photo.

Design Sponge – Is another great blog with tons of photos. Grace Bonney does an amazing job of highlighting all the wonderful designs going on around the blogosphere. As she states on her website they “feature store and product reviews, city, product, and gift guides, diy projects, before & after furniture and home makeovers, home tours, recipes, videos and podcasts, and trend forecasting.” 

Kara Paslay Designs - Wow! Kara & Tim have done a HUGE amount of amazing transformations that you must check out. They are funny, adorable, and great to follow.   

The Pioneer Woman - Ree Drummond has added a Home and Garden section to her already super awesome website. They spent a year remodeling The Lodge and the pictures and ideas Ree uses will have you so addicted that you will have to read every post.

The Inspired Room - Melissa has created a nice warm place to inspire you with your remodeling projects. With every post I read I find myself looking through my house for something to change. Very worth checking out!
