After our home inspections were finished we actually made another very large list of things we have want to do. This is that list. We will cross off things as we go and link to the post if we have one. This list is a work in progress and will take a very long time to complete. However, we wanted a way to look at what we have accomplished and show off to family and friends.

Lower Bathroom

• -Mirror (We have to cut a mirror to fit a frame)
• -Shower Curtain Rod and other bathroom hardware
• -Board & Batten
• -Paint blue on top and white on bottom
• -Add crown molding to ceiling
• -Add a threshold between the bathroom and kitchen to cover the very small drop.
• -Do something with the door and knob. Maybe buy new?
• -Add artwork & accessories
• -Floor
• -Plank Ceiling (someday)

• Laundry
• -Tile Floor
• -Build laundry counter top and sink countertop (Something similar to our upstairs bathroom vanity)
• -Trim
• -Put in new sink
• -Get top cabinets
• -Come up with a neat drying area for clothes

• -Paint door (inside and outside)
• -Paint the room
• -Get a new light fixture
• -Add a long rug?
• -Build Coat lockers (Something like this)

Office

• -Curtains (make them)
• -Add a corkboard (with burlap cover)
• -Add a some shelves
• -Get a bookshelf
• -Get matching chairs for this room (or two neat vintage chairs)
• -Sand & stain floor
• -Remove closet to make more room.

Porch

• -White wash room
• -Light Fixtures
• -Patio furniture
• -Curtains (make them simple –lots of windows)
• -Paint Door and get a storm door
• -Figure out what to do with the floor?
• -Artwork-Add a rug and other accessories

Living Room

• -Curtains
• -Fill Window to porch and add extra support for TV
• -Hang TV
• -Get new entertainment center items from ikea
• -New couch
• -Maybe a new ottoman
• -Reading area
• -Remove wallpaper
• -Decorate
• -Paint
• -Trim
• -Plank Ceiling or do something fun with it
• -Sand & Stain Floor
• -Make a window seat or long table if we go with wrap couch.
• -Find a way to cover the breaker box

Stairway & Landing

• -Remove carpet and paint (until we get new carpet)
• -Get new carpet
• -Remove wallpaper, fix walls, and paint
• -Remove the wall, part of the 2nd floor and add a open railing
• -Do something cool with the cubby space

• -Decorate

Dining Room

• -Build a bar
